At this time, we’re aware that some users may experience issues saving photos while recording an activity. This issue may lead to duplicated photos, pixelated images, or that the photo does not save at all. We're investigating the cause of the issue and working on a solution. 

If you are experiencing a similar issue and would like to contact komoot, please provide the following information to the best of your ability in your Support Center ticket:

  1. Which app version are you currently operating when you experienced the issue?
  2. Do you see an error message, such as "io Failure" error message?
  3. Did you take the photo in landscape mode?
  4. Did you rotate your phone before saving the photo?
  5. After taking a photo, do you see the "Save" button?
  6. In order to close the dialog, do you have to press the "Save" button twice?
