Previously, some users experienced issues with "Tour Story" creation on Android devices.

Good news! We have received several reports confirming that the "Tour Story" feature is working properly with the latest komoot app version (Android Version 2025.08.4).

If you are still having problems with "Tour Story" creation since the last update, it is due to your phone's Android settings. 

After updating your komoot app, check the following settings on your Android device:

1. Open   Settings 
2. Accessibility
3. Color and Motion
4. Make sure "Remove Animations" is toggled to OFF
5. Restart the komoot app
6. Create a "Tour Story" video again

Note: If these steps do not lead to a solution, please note that some smartphone models do not allow the function by design. Therefore, you may achieve better results with a different Android device, as the function can vary from device to device.
