To navigate komoot Tours on your Garmin, you must have the Region where the Tour begins unlocked or purchased in your komoot profile. If you encounter this error message, it indicates that this Region is not unlocked, or you are not logged in with the correct account.

- Check your komoot account to see if the region where the Tours start is unlocked.
- In case you already purchased the needed region, make sure you connected the correct komoot account to your Garmin Connect account.
