Garmin error message: You haven't planned any Tours with this account
This message will be displayed when you have installed the komoot app on your Garmin and logged in, but there are no planned Tours on the connected account.

What to do next
- Ensure that your komoot account has planned Tours ready for display on your Garmin device. To verify this, navigate to Profile () > Planned Tours in the komoot app on your phone or via komoot.com
- With the error message, you will also see "Close" and "Help" on your Garmin device displayed. Click on one of these buttons, which will show you the email address you use for komoot.
- Compare if the displayed email address matches the account you are logged in to in the komoot app, and/ or komoot.com.
1. Find out which account you're logged into
- Click More () next to your username.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Account.
On this page you will find your komoot-ID as well as the email address associated with the komoot account.
- Tap Profile ().
- Select Settings ().
- Click Profil Info.
Here you find your komoot-ID as well as the email address associated with the komoot account.
- Open the komoot app on your Garmin device.
- Go to My Profile.
Find your komoot-ID as well as the email address associated with the komoot account.
If the komoot-IDs in the komoot app on your phone and/ or on the komoot website don't match the komoot-ID in the komoot app for Garmin, it means you have different komoot accounts, and the incorrect one is linked to your Garmin Connect account.
2. Re-connect accounts
In case you find that you have connected a second komoot account to your Garmin Connect account, do the following:
1. Disconnect the accounts either via the komoot website or the smartphone app.
- Click More () next to your username.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Connections.
- Choose Disconnect next to Garmin Connect.
- Tap Profile ().
- Select Settings ().
- Click Garmin Connect.
- Choose Disconnect from Garmin at the bottom of the page.
2. Connect the right account
Verify the email address associated with the komoot account from which you intend to transfer Tours to Garmin. To do so, check the Profile Info (see instructions above). Follow these instructions to link the correct account:
- Click More () next to your username.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Connections.
- Choose Connect with Garmin
You will be redirected to Garmin Connect, where you need to sign in to your Garmin Connect account.
- Tap Profile ().
- Select Settings ().
- Click Garmin Connect.
- Choose Connect with Garmin
You will be redirected to Garmin Connect, where you need to sign in to your Garmin Connect account.
Tip: If your Garmin device is compatible with the komoot app for Garmin, or if you prefer transferring only selected Tours using the "Send to Device" feature, it is advisable to turn off the “Courses” synchronization in the “Control the information you share” screen.
