Garmin error message: The app has no memory left
The komoot app installed on the Garmin device has a storage capacity restriction. The following error message serves as a notification that this capacity has been reached.
“The app has no memory left. Clear up some space by removing downloaded Tours or clearing offline data in Settings.”
Tip: If the Garmin Courses integration is activated, the automatic synchronization could potentially refill the Garmin device memory automatically. What to do next
Free up storage space by deleting downloaded Tours individually
- Open the komoot app on your Garmin device.
- Select the Tour for which you wish to delete the offline stored data.
- Deactivate the Offline toggle.
When the toggle is deselected, the Tour is removed from the app's memory, yet it remains visible in the list.
Clearing all offline data within the settings
- Open the komoot app on your Garmin device.
- Go to My Profile.
- Scroll down and select Clear all offline data.
- Confirm the action by selecting Clear Data.
