To get the most out of komoot, it is important that you are logged in with the same user data on all devices and the komoot website. Only if you are logged in with the same user data, you will have access to your purchased products and your tours will be transferred between the devices and the website. Here you can see the data you are currently logged in with:
- Click More () next to your username.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Account.
On this page you will find your komoot-ID.
- Tap Profile ().
- Select Settings ().
- Click Profil Info.
Here you find your komoot-ID.
If your komoot-IDs do not match, you should log in with the email address of the account that you want to use in the future on both the website and the app. This article explains how to switch your account.
