We do not offer payment by invoice. For purchases made directly through our website, we provide a VAT invoice by request. Please submit the following information via this form:

  • Postal address to be used for the invoice.
  • Customer ID, which can be taken from the confirmation email with the subject Your Receipt from the email address notification@komoot.de. If you do not have the receipt, please send us the UserID, which you find here:

  3. Select Account
  1. Go to Profile ()
  2. Tap on Settings ()
  3. Select Profile Info

The invoices will be sent 1-2 times a month as PDF by mail. Please also pay attention to your spam folder.

Purchases via the Google Play Store

If the purchase was made through the komoot app in the Google Play Store, the invoice must be requested directly through Google. This article explains how you can request a VAT invoice from Google.

Purchases via the Apple AppStore

If you placed your order via the komoot app in the Apple AppStore, the invoice can only be issued by Apple. This article explains how you can view your Purchase History. In the Purchase History, select "Komoot" > click on "Total billed" > "Resend".
