The map that you see in the Route planner and during navigation or recording can be displayed in different layouts. On the website you can choose between the komoot Map, the Satellite Map or the Open Street Map and Open Cycle Map. Premium users additionally have the option to show designated hiking-, cycling- or official mountain-bike trails on the respective map.

Once you open the Route planner, the Komoot Map is displayed by default. By clicking on the Maps-button – in the lower left corner – you can switch between the Komoot map, the Komoot satellite map or the Open Street Map and Open Cycle Map.
