To ensure that you have access to the same Tours, regions and features, you need to log in with the exact same email address you used to sign up. This applies for both the website and the app, which you may have installed on multiple devices.
- Open the komoot app on your phone or tablet
- Click Continue with Email
- Enter your email address and click Next
- Enter your password and click Log In
- Open the komoot app on your iPhone or iPad
- Enter your email address and click Continue with Email
- Enter your password and click Sign In
Warning: If you are asked to choose a username and to create a new password, you will create a new account and won't log in to your previously created one.
Note: Check your email address for typos and make sure to use the exact same way of spelling the email address. Also pay attention to the domain ending.
Resetting your password
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Enter the email address you used to register on komoot. This will send a new password to your email. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder. Check out this article for more info.
Using Facebook login
