If you have questions about our komoot app or website, there are different ways to go about finding an answer.
First of all, please check our Support Center, where we have collected many articles about the most common topics for new users, in depth descriptions of our various features and some troubleshooting for recurring questions.
In the app you can find the Support Center by going to your profile, then select the little cogwheel at the top for settings and scroll down to feedback & support. On the website the Support Center can be reached by clicking on the three dots next to your username on the top right and choosing Support from the list.
Submitting a request
If none of the articles answers your question you can submit a request by tapping on the three parallel lines at the very top of the Support Center when you are on a mobile device or by clicking on “submit a request” when you are working with a PC.
Please submit your request as a logged in user if you already have an account, so we can access your data in order to reply best to your question. Please fill out the fields of the form so we can reply swiftly with all information at hand. If for various reasons you cannot write as a logged in user, please provide the mail address you registered with at komoot or your user ID.
