If you have questions about the komoot app or website, there are several ways to find an answer.

Visiting the komoot Support Center

Start by browsing our Support Center, where you'll find articles on common topics, detailed feature explanations, and troubleshooting guides for frequent questions.

To access the Support Center within the komoot app, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Profile icon.
  2. Tap the Settings icon at the top.
  3. Scroll down and select Feedback & Support.

To access the Support Center using a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Click More (⋯) next to your username at the top right.
  2. Select Support from the dropdown menu.

Submitting a request

If you can’t find an answer in the Support Center, you can submit a request.

To submit a help request within the komoot app, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Support Center (following the instructions above).
  2. Tap the three parallel lines (≡) at the top.
  3. Select Submit a request and fill out the form.

To submit a help request on komoot's website, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Support Center (following the instructions above).
  2. Click Submit a request at the top.
  3. Fill out the form with as many details as possible.

Tip: If you already have a komoot account, submit your request while logged in. This lets us access your data and respond more accurately. If you can’t log in, include the email address linked to your komoot account or your user ID in your request.
