Reporting a technical issue
If you are experiencing a technical issue, please start by going through the tips here: Troubleshooting.
If these tips do not solve the issue on your device, please contact support, let us know what you tried so far and give us the following information:
- User account (mail address or user ID)
- For mobile devices:
- App version (go to your profile > the little cogwheel > App settings > komoot app version)
- Device info (model and software version, i.e. Android 11 or iOS 16)
- For our website: browser name and version
- Step-by-step screenshots or a short video
Depending on the type of error you’re experiencing , the following information would be very helpful as well.
- If the error happened only once, try to reproduce it again.
- If it happens every time you do the same action, please be as precise as possible about what you are doing.
- If you receive an error message, please include it in your report or send a screenshot.
- If the issue is with a planned or recorded Tour - please give us the name and date. Please make the Tour public so we can access it.
