To make an insurance claim, simply call AXA. To find all of the information that you need for the call, such as the phone number and your insurance number, go to the Premium tab in the komoot app and tap 'Make a claim'. On web, you'll find this info by clicking on 'Your coverage in-depth' at www.komoot.com/premium.
AXA is available to take your call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Waiting times may vary depending on your issue, although AXA will strive to take your call within seconds, especially in the case of mechanical issues and emergencies. Waiting times should never exceed 10 minutes.
