Managing, renewing and cancelling your Premium subscription
Note: The komoot World Pack (also referred to as Complete Package on the receipt), as well as all Region Packs, are one-time payments. Therefore, no cancellation is necessary for these products.
Information about your subscription – komoot Premium – can be viewed at any time via the profile settings on the website. Here you will find the current status of your subscription, the renewal date and instructions for cancellation or reactivation.
If you purchased komoot Premium through the Android or iOS app, you'll need to cancel it there. Follow these instructions:
If you purchased your Premium subscription on our website:
- Log in to your komoot account from a PC or a mobile browser (not the mobile app) at www.komoot.com
- Click on More () in the upper right corner
- Select Settings
- Tap Premium
If you purchased your subscription in the Google PlayStore, proceed as follows:
- Open the Google PlayStore on your device
- At the top right, tap the profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Here you will see the renewal/expiration date of the subscription, as well as the corresponding price.

If you purchased your subscription in the Apple AppStore, do the following:
- Open the phone settings on your iPhone/ iPad
- Click on your name/ AppleID
- Go to subscriptions
- Select komoot
