Deleting your komoot account

You can delete your komoot profile permanently and thus remove all personal data saved on komoot.

Attention: Please bear in mind that all data associated with your account, including your Tours and regions will be irrevocably deleted if you follow the instructions below. It is not possible to restore them.

  1. Log into to the account you like to delete.
  2. Click on more () next to your username on the top right.
  3. Choose  Settings.
  4. Click on Account on the left side.
  5. Click Delete Account.
  6. Enter your password.
  7. By clicking Delete Account, your account and all its data will be deleted.
  1. Go to Profile ().
  2. Select Settings ().
  3. Select Profile Information.

  4. Ensure that you are signed in to the account you wish to delete.

  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. To confirm deleting your account, enter your password. 
  7. Confirm that you want to delete your account irrevocably by clicking on Delete Account.
