Manual transfer of Tours
To transfer GPX files of your komoot Tours manually to you Bosch devices, you need to log in here:

Some Routes are not synchronized from Komoot to Bosch?
Only routes from regions which are unlocked on Komoot are available for synchronization. If you are missing some routes check at Komoot if you have unlocked this region or become a Komoot Premium user.
Some activities are not synchronized from Bosch to Komoot?
We do not sync rides which are shorter than 500m because they do not have the character of a tour.
How long does the synchronization process take?
Currently, it could take up to 5min until your planned routes get synchronized from Komoot to the Bosch system. Please be aware that your device needs a connection to the internet to receive routes.
Very long routes do not get synchronized from Komoot to Bosch?
We have a limit of 240km in our Bosch navigation system; therefore we do not sync tours from Komoot to Bosch which are longer than 240km. These routes can be broken down into multiple ‘stages’ to ensure they are useable.
I can not edit or delete routes from Komoot at eBike Connect?
Editing and deletion of a Komoot route is only possible on Komoot. After you edited your route at Komoot the route gets updated in eConnect automatically (this could take up to 5min)
Could I only synchronize my routes and not my activities?
No this is not possible.
Could I only synchronize bike-related routes?
No, we synchronize all planned routes in every Komoot category so you have the freedom to select any planned routes on your Bosch device.
Some values differ between Bosch and Komoot
Due to different interpretation of data, it is possible that there are minor differences between values in both platforms. If there are major differences please contact our support so we could look into this topic.
Synchronized routes differ in active navigation from planned routes on Komoot
To make routes routable on our navigation devices in some cases minor recalculations of the route are necessary. If there are major differences please contact our support so we could look into this topic.
