In order to use your already unlocked regions, region bundles or the Complete Package on another device, you have to login using the profile you used when you purchased them.
That way, you can use your komoot account on your new mobile phone, on several mobile phones, tablets or of course on your PC or laptop via our website.
All your data will automatically be synchronized between the different devices, as long as you are logged in to the exact same account. So even if you lose your mobile phone, you always have access to all your tours and regions.
If you have forgotten your password, you can go to https://www.komoot.com/login/password/ and have a new one sent to you. Under https://www.komoot.com/account you can then change the password back to one of your choice.
If you logged in on a new device and do not see your tours and regions, you accidentally created a new profile. In this case please read this article: I can't access my regions
Do not panic, all your regions are valid for ever, we will find a solution!
