If you are not happy with your purchase and want to request a refund, please contact us within fourteen days after your payment, as determined in our Terms of Service. How you need to send in the request depends on your payment method.
If you made your purchase on our website, please get in touch with our support through the contact form in your komoot account.
Paypal: please include the transaction ID in your request. The money will be reversed directly to your Paypal account.
Credit Card: please include the last four digits of your credit card and the date of the purchase. The payment will be reversed to your credit card account within 5-10 business days.
Direct Debit: please make sure to include the mail address you are registered with at komoot in your message. The refund has to be executed by our finance department and will take several days.
Android - Google Play Store: Please get in touch with our support through the contact form.
Please include your Transaction number from the Google Payment Center. The ID starts with "GPA". We need it to find your payment and carry out the refund. You can find this number in the Google Payment Center. Below the transaction details you'll find the transaction ID that starts with "GPA". The money will be paid back to the payment method you saved in your Google Account.
iOS - App Store: If you made your purchase on iOS, please contact the App Store team. Just go into your App Store account and your purchase history to do that. More information on how to do that is on the Apple website. The payment is handled exclusively by Apple and we have no access to the transaction or the payment.
