Resetting your password
If you forgot your password, open the “Reset password” page and enter the email address which you use for your komoot account. A new password will be sent that allows you to log in as usual. Once you’ve logged in, choose a new secure password in your profile settings.
Attention: If you accidentally press the Send New Password button several times, please ensure to use the password from the most recent email, because the previous one(s) will become invalid. If you can't log in with the password sent via mail, please enter the new password manually, to ensure there are no copy/paste errors.
Tip: If you don't receive the mail, please check your spam folder for the mail address notification@komoot.de.
Alternatively, you can check if you are still logged in via the browser on your PC or in the app. If you are still logged in via the browser on your PC, you can change the password in the profile settings. If you are still logged in to the app, you can change your password via Profile () > Settings () > Profile Information.
