If you’ve forgotten your password, open the “Forgot password” page and enter the email address you used to register on komoot. This will send a new password to your email. If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam folder. 

When you’ve logged in, choose a new secure password in your profile settings. If you’re still struggling to log in, please check our article: Logging in.

If you accidentally press the password reset button several times, please check that you use the auto-generated password from the most recent email, because the previous one(s) will become invalid. Submit a request if you need further help.
