Changing your profile information and password
You can change your komoot username, email address, password, and any other personal information at any time in your profile settings. The changes always take place at account level, which means that if you change information in the app, it will also be applied to the web version.
Only for komoot Premium To change your home address, please contact our support team.
Profile picture, Username, Website, Bio
- Log in to your account.
- Click on More ().
- Settings
- Profile
- Edit the information.
- Save
Email, Password
- Log in to your account.
- Click on More ().
- Settings
- Account
- Click Edit.
- Edit the information.
- Save
Note: In case changes made through the website are not immediately displayed in the app, log out of the app and log back in. Profile () > Settings () > Log out.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Profile ().
- Go to Settings ().
- Select Profile Information.
- Edit the required information.
- This step is only necessary for iOS app users: Confirm your changes by hitting Done.
Warning: If you try to change your email address and get an error message indicating that the address is already in use, that means you’ve already created an account with the same email address. Please refer to this article to solve this: Two komoot accounts.
