You can change your email address, username, password and any other information associated with your komoot account at any time.

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click on the three dots on the top right and select “Settings.”
  3. Click on “Edit” next to your password or email address.
  4. Enter your new password or email address and confirm.

  2. Select “Profile” then settings (by clicking on the cogwheel icon)
  3. Go to “Profile Info”
  4. Tap on your email address or your password.
  5. Enter your new email address or password and confirm.

Please note that all changes you make are immediately applied in our system but they might only be shown in the app when you log in again.

If you try to change your email address and get an error message indicating that the address is already in use, that means you’ve created another account with the same email address. Please refer to this article to solve this: Two komoot accounts
